Schall Engineering Consulting, LLC is managed by Larry J. Schall, P.E. His past design and project management experience is derived from postions held with The Chicago Northwestern Railway, the City of Kansas City, Missouri, the City of Omaha, Nebraska, and Shafer, Kline & Warren, Inc. By working for an infrastructure construction and maintenance company, two city governments, and a multi-discipline design consulting firm; Larry has developed an in-depth knowledge of the working relationships between contractors, governments and design professionals in the plan development, construction and permitting of public and private infrastructure.
During Larry's professional career he has conducted numerous quality control plan reviews for his design firm's deliverables, he has performed civil engineering peer reviews on several other consulting firms for city government clients and contractors, and he has defended his employers in a variety of litigations involving public and private infrastructure problems.
Larry is a licensed professional engineer in the States of Missouri and Kansas.
